Boxers are really in Great Shape. What a great training program to get fit as a?
A Full training would be great. I'm eating but I just want to get in shape really great.
You'll actually be surprised to learn that most boxers are just muscle building because of one thing: their lack of body fat. Here is my personal routine that I have designed and begun Last week: Details MORNING 6:00 Stretch – 5 minutes. Jog 3 miles. Eat breakfast. Go to bed. WarmUp 10:00 AM Stretch – 5 minutes. Jump Rope – 10 minutes. Break 5 minutes. FLOORWORK Floorwork (in the circuits of 4) – 100 Sit-ups (25) – 100 abdominals (25) – 100 Oblique sit-ups (25) – 100 pumps (25) – 100 Dips (25) medicine ball to the stomach and ribs – 5 minutes. Neck exercises – 5 minutes 20. Minute break. TECHNICAL Stretch – 5 minutes. Shadowboxing – 3×3 with 60 rpm inbetween second rest. Heavy Bag – 3×3 rpm with 60 second rest inbetween. Mittens and protective body – 3×3 rpm with 60 second rest inbetween. Speed bag – 10 minutes. Brief Bag – 10 minutes. Sparring (defense work only) – 1×3 Round minute. It's for my "off time". For the three months before a fight, I plan to add 10 rounds of sparring. My routine is Monday to Friday. Avoid if weight. Lifting weights is almost as much to do with boxing as electric guitars.
