I was a fighter and a street fighter for many years I wondered what effect this might have on my body? I say that I am covered in scars, but I'm worried about our training. We beat each other with pipes and baseball bats harden ourselves best to take a hit. I just wanted to know what the long-term sideffects this could be? I am also a girl does this make a difference?
I knew someone like that in this fight club that used to be in. I could not have children because their poor condition. also permanently injured some of its organs internal. died three months later. you just have to be careful how you train with pipes and baseball bats. I personally never did and I did well in fights. just remember you age unless your body can take.
